Q. - I have just installed Windows XP Service Pack 2 and I am unable to bring up SOHO Site Builder Pro after login. What do I do?

A. You need to disable the pop-up blocker that is installed with Windows XP SP 2. Click here for instructions.

Q. When attempting to edit pages, I cannot drag & drop onto the page.

A. Please delete any cookies and clear your browser cache. This should solve the problem.
